When sending emails to DotFormatics Developer Support, please be sure that you include the Contract number that is registered for your account. The number was provided when you signed the contract.

To get a quick reply, please include the following information:
  • Your Contract Number.
  • Hosting Package type (Unix or Microsoft).
  • Your ISP Provider (Wanadoo, Cyberia, Orange ... etc).
  • Problem description, including details on what steps have been taken to resolve the problem. Also include information about what steps to follow to reproduce the problem.
